Special care should be taken before buying a plot. It should be free from bad energies. So one should be very careful before taking any decision.
The selection of the land is the initial stage and is very crucial as it is like
the starting of anything. If you get a good one, you are lucky, if you are not
then the problems start prevailing. So if you are going to buy a new
land/property, make sure you do under guidance. If you get a wrong plot and
without any consultation start construction then it will be a invitation for all
sorts of problems like financial problem, health problem, worries, sorrows. Make
sure you do not invite such inexplicable problems.

- Plots facing North or East are better than those facing South or West.
- Yellow colour soil is good for business class.
- Rocky, non cultivable land is not good.
- Plot should be square of rectangular in shape. Square would be best. If it is rectangle then the ratio of length to breadth should be 1:2 and not more than that.
- All four corners should be at 90 degree
- The ground level should be higher in South & West rather than North and East.
- A canal, a lake, river, a big well or pond should be in north or east only.
- There should not be any big tree in north or east of the plot.
- There should not be any pit or well in south or west direction.
- Their should not be any hills or mountains in east or north side of your plot.
- Heavy construction or mountains should be in west or south of the plot.
- All rain water should flow from south to north and west to east.
- South west should be highest & north east should be lowest in level.
- If the dead end of a road is coming in our plot then it should be taken care of because some are good & some are bad.
